Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, we charge for the shipping and it depends on where you want the item to be delivered and also as per your order figure.

How do deliveries work?
We process all deliveries through reputed courier services. We deliver products all over the Bangladesh. If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it is mentioned in product details.

Can I pick up my items?
We’re currently running a limited trial to allow customers to pick up items from office. If you order before 3pm, you can pick up your order from ‘s offices between 4pm to 7pm, Saturday through Thursday.
Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on 01711 94 41 91 to confirm the schedule the Office Pickup.

How long will my delivery take?
Delivery time frames depend on where you want the item to be delivered.

How do I track my order?
We’ll send you an email and sms as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 5PM.

What do I do if I’ve placed an order and need to change my delivery details?

If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details.
